Hello, Hello, Hello

That is the name of a great Soca tune for Carnival 2018, sung by Kes!  Since its been a long time since I've written I've got to say it like Kes, three (3) times!  LoL!  I've been using Whatsapp to share my thoughts, so for the next few publications you'll see those thoughts accumulated for the past 3 months.  What I like best about the Whatsapp share are the comments received after each.  They are most enlightening and supporting.  So I'll be publishing them too!  Keep watching and commenting!

    Good old-fashioned bamboo...at present it is being used in the building of a house next door. It is...being used to hold up the decking of the upstairs part of the house. My first son made me a vase out of bamboo when he was in Std. 2 at.. and I still have it.
    It is durable. It is of intrinsic value just like us.

    yes, I grew up with my grandparents and they had lots of bamboo trees and I used to sit for hours and listen to it.

I am still at the stage of life where I wonder at the creation of life: how did this world form?  There must be other worlds, I won't be so arrogant as to believe that Earth is the only world.  How did the God, in which I believe create this world and for what purpose?  Why did he put me here, in this time, at this place?   Did my soul really choose this life?  Could it not have made a better selection  :/?  Yes, I am at the beginning.

My Christmas Wish List

                    Hi peeps, It’s only 10 more days for Christmas!  I haven’t been feeling to “Christmasie” this year, not that I feel like the Grinch but the excitement just isn’t there anymore.  There is a nip (22C at night) in the air though that always heralds Christmas in Trinidad and Tobago and this evening, I felt a little, tiny Christmas sensation deep, deep down in my heart.  As I write it’s still tiny but you know what?  It’s there!  Yippee!
